Great minds think alike. I'd score a few hundred acres somewhere not as seasonal as new england and set up a SuMo track (paved like the one in Bulgaria?) , build a MX track, and set up a multi mile trail system in the woods. Oh yeah and I'd build a small house on it:beerbang:
