It's like compounding overdraft fees and some other crap. Also sometimes they like to change the order of your transactions to increase the number of overdrafts you made. (ie say you charged $1, then $100, and that put you under $0. They may put it the other way around so you have 2 over drafts.) BoA is known to do this as well but they are usually willing to waive the fee. I don't bank with either of them anymore.
