nice dave. always good to review this stuff and brush up on the rules of the group ride. i hope to prove a valueable (but hopefuly unused) resource on some good sessions this "season".

Thanks for the post. Being a trained first responder and nurse its great having other people that can help at an accident scene and better the chances for surviving what could be a life threatening injury.

In all seriousness, bringing a plug kit, first aid pack, etc - can be a huge thing if needed.
Yet to need them but still....

ALOT of new firefighters/EMT's are like that.

Nothing like being 1st on scene and being pushed out of the way by three 20 somethings who think they are God's gift to EMS.
