Getting in shape for riding season.. exercises?
Personally, I have been working out 5 days a week for the past 5 months. I will begin doing cardio, next month. Even though I don't think I'll be racing, this season (unless I come into a pile of cash), I do like to be in shape for riding. I also plan on doing alot of trail riding which is a great way to keep in shape as it really works your entire body and gets the heart rate up there for a good cardio workout.
We are now in the homestretch...get those bikes ready to go folks !!!!!!!!:hellyeah:
