there is a local guy around me selling a chain and sprokets from his bike problem is his was a 04 gsxr 750 and mine is a 02 gsxr 750 ....will his stuff fit on mine ??its down 1 in the front and 2 up in the back ..short money just need to know if they will fit mine ...thanks
used chain, bad idea
yes it will work. You'll have alot more torque and acceleration and not as much top end speed, a good ammount with that increase and decrease in teeth. You will need a speedohealer to calibrate your speedometer and odometer. So if your doing the sprocket swap to save money in the end it won't be wort it if you want to keep things accurate. Overall, I would'nt reccomend using these sprockets.
torque always stays the same, just comes on quicker
and only if its 40 bucks or less will it be worth it
$.02

I went down 1 and up 2 on my 600. Didn't like it for long. Fun at first but then I got tired of turning high RPMs on the highway just cruisin'. You'll have to get a speedo healer too cause your speedometer will be off over 15%.. I ended up changing to just up 2 in the rear. That was a lil' more sane. How many miles are on the rear sprocket? If it's aluminum, it's prolly 5K miles from shot.
ya guy was asking 90 for all of it ....he only had it on his bike for 1k miles or so he was telling me but you never really know ....thanks anyways guys
