need help for BoMo track day (01 Ninja ZX-6R related)

Hey guys,

So I have a big problem. I ordered a new clutch cable through a local motorcycle store. Took a week to get it and now come to find out they got me the wrong damn one. My bike is a 01 Ninja ZX-6R j and they knew this. Got all my other parts right but the damn clutch cable. DanZ and I tried to get it to work but it's to damn long. Clutch won't grab. Does anyone have a cable that will work or know what we can do? I am desperate. I don't think I will get a cable in time for my TD which is the 13th & 14th so that leaves only Monday to get the cable in.

Idk if its the same, but I ordered a 03-04 zx6r clutch cable a little while ago. If it'll work for you, you're welcome to it.

I'm thinking about doing a trackday with my '01 6R. What kind of track prep did you have to do to your 6R?

For a trackday its pretty easy. I think its pretty much tape up the lights although some organizations dont require that. Just make sure the brake light doesnt work. Hose clamp on the oil filter.
