so... the only thing you change is the bulb right? you don't switch the power wires or anything? if so then it sounds like a bad bulb.

how do your lights work? both on all the time? or is one the low beam and one the high? could be that there is not enough juice in the system to fire the second bulb, but not likely.

two separate bulbs in two different housings(2007 kawi zx6r) the bulb that is working is the high beam. the one not working is the one that is always running when the bikes on. correct im only switching the bulb and its wires

Wirelessly posted (Tilt: Opera/9.80 (Windows Mobile; WCE; Opera Mobi/WMD-50433; U; en) Presto/2.4.13 Version/10.00)

so the h11 wont work with either ballast? bad bulb it is. If they are both the same wattage, the h# has nothing to do with it, just different physical layout of the bulb.

yup, if both ballasts work with their own independent wiring, then the bulb is the only thing left.

got it figured out. for whatever reason with my bike the plug can only go one way. the wires need to be swapped did that and plugged it in now it works.

for the sale price i got the ddm kit for all i had to do was pop the wire out and put em in the other side. but i did get the 55w so the ballasts are some big boys.
