I must spend most of my life looking at motorcycle stuff. I am at work right now on the forum. I own 5 bikes right now and have put over $3000 into the GSXR and my gear in the last 3 months alone. Loving every second of it. I enjoy teaching for the MSF just about every weekend from mid March to early November and Dirtbike classes year round. Motorcycle addiction!!!!, It is the best addiction anyone could have!!!!

Too many. Sometimes if I'm in the garage I'll just stop and stare at the bikes for a while, and totally zone out for no real reason.
Ask me how often I think about motorsports in general....

24/7 and then some. Right now I'm staring at my bike as i type this. Working in the same field fuels my addiction. I haven't even started track days yet so it'll only get worse lol

So I just finished watching Closer to the Edge (again), came here and remembered this thread existed....

Yea I work with, ride and talk about bikes all day every day at work. Then I go home and work on, ride or talk about bikes with friends/roommates all evening. Unless I'm at the track, then I'm working on, riding or talking about racing bikes instead.
Constantly thinking about things I want to have done to my bike.

I constantly think about riding. Not so much about my bikes, in fact I prefer not to think about the bikes. It's been specifically dirt riding because I have no one to ride with and can't just go out and ride.
I changed the wallpaper on my home computer, phone, personal work computer and a shared company computer to various pictures of my bike, but I don't think about it ALL the time. I do occasionally wish I was out riding instead of working.
What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.
Yeeep.
I should use the bike on my smartphone wallpaper too, lol. Here is my work desktop wallpaper

I used to think about my bike alot, and just riding in general. My gears of changed a bit and I think about the boat alot, and being on the boat, skiing, etc. I think it stems from the fact that I like my boat, bike, not so much....
I tend to be pretty hypocritical when it comes to my bike. I get upset when my boyfriend uses my bike while he works on his, regardless if I am working from home that day or have to use a car for any reason. My protectiveness of it rises pretty high. However, if I do take the bike into to work, it's out of sight-out of mind, and I tend to forget about it and focus on the tasks at hand. I don't know why, I'm sure a lot of people feel the same, but I'm the type of person to really want something I can't have, and then forgetting about it once I do get it. The exception here is bike in that I never wanted one, but my boyfriend got it for me so that we could ride together. I don't know, I can be pretty complacent a lot of the times.
