bike is sweet looking tho... definitely made for show.. bet that oversize rear would be Great for taking all those off-ramps in a high speed chase..
Has anyone been able to confirm whether or not this is an actual State Police vehicle used by the Commonwealth's finest? I'm coming to Massachusetts soon and I need to know if I should be on the look out for this on the Pike. PM me with FACTUAL information only.
:lmao:
saw this bike and the northeast motorcycle expo a few years ago
There was talk of the SP having a Gixxa1000 a couple years back based out of the Concord, MA baracks that was used in a official manor although it was not painted or marked as a police bike.
Yeah, here is a few more notes on em...

they are pretty fast too, considering what they are. Just seems odd the MSP would get them, but given the flooding we've had here this year - probably paid for itself quickly.
Did anyone else notice the canister on the swing-arm says "tear-gas".
Awesome.
Mike I think still has it. Mike and John built it at PF a few years ago. It was originally built to raffle off for a State Police cause but they couldn't in the end because of the concern someone actually using it for other purposes.
Mike has family who are MSP, so this is where the idea came from.
Man they have some sweet toys
I've seen that before, they are always doing speed traps out at the local ballfields.
Thread Hijack...
My father-in-law, whom some of you have met at the track, is building a police sport bike right now that should be pretty sweet... I'll be sure to post of pics and info once it's done... but for now I'll say this... "Go Baby Go" :naughty:
