My hunch, but you should ask Renogy:
Watts = Amps X Volts
The specs on your panels are:
Max watts: 200
Optimal volts: 18.5
Optimal amps: 10.5
It more or less balances out: 10.5*18.5=194.
Done another way 200w / 18.5v = 10.8a which is a little more than 10.5, so assuming some loss in there makes sense.
If you adjust the 18.5 to something between 12-14.4, you get an answer much closer to the 120 you're seeing.
10.5*14.4=151w
10.5*12=126w
It sounds like you have everything hooked up correctly. My one comment is if you're trying to move 10+ amps 25 feet to the batteries, you should have 8awg (thicker won't hurt) cable to have minimal voltage drop. Probably not a big deal (and you likely already have it) since 8awg is not all that expensive or overly thick.
