Now that our great meeting place - MotoMarket - has closed where can we ride to at the end or beginning of our Sunday rides, or anytime?
I want to suggest a place NEAR where MotoMarket was located that MIGHT work for some. I have NO affiliation with this place what so ever - I went there for the first time last week.
Nashoba Brook Bakery in West Concord. At the roundabout where the jail is, you take the other exit that goes beside the jail towards West Concord (not Route 2) and about a 1 mile down turn into the garage that's there - some no-name place. Park near the dumpsters next to the brook. Walk through the wire gate and there is the Bakery (this is the back entrance obviously but it allows you to see your bike while your having coffee. There are outdoor form seats and tables next to the brook and the view is quite nice.
Check it out.
Why not use it as a start/stop place for Sunday rides.

There is a Dunkin Donuts on 119 on the way to MM from 495. I have met people there when I had early rides that were earlier than when MM opened.

I heard from a few of the regulars that people are still gonna be hanging out at the same place where Moto market was. I guess the owners of the pizza place in that plaza don't want to lose the business of bikers buying a shitload of pizzas every Thursday.
I haven't been down there since because I've been pretty busy lately.
there is the littleton Cafe over on 110. That is about the closest experience i can think of. Plus you can sit there while you get your bike inspected next door.
There's two gas stations, a Starbucks and a Dunks at 111/27 in Acton just off Rt2 also if anyone needed to meet in that area, but as Rossco said, I'll still use MotoMarket as a meeting point if that's more convenient.

Ferns in Carlisle is a nice spot pretty near MotoMarket. http://fernscountrystore.com/
Indoor & outdoor seating, good food. Little shady park next door. Lots of level paved parking.
"As you may already know, as of the 29th of September our café closed. The Littleton Café has provided us with many fond memories and experiences. It is very hard for us to say goodbye to our friends at the Nashoba Garage. Without the friendship and support of the Apostolakes family we would have never been able to have this opportunity. We wish all of them the very best!"

And don't believe everything you think.
Here's a great destination, stop or meeting spot...Slater's on Rt. 117 (356 Main Street) in Bolton, MA. Slater's is a pizza and sub restaurant that serves brick oven pizza, BBQ pulled pork, ribs, and even beer and wine. I've known the owner, Bruce Slater (as I'm sure some of you have) for years. He rides a Ducati and the establishment is motorcycle friendly; in fact, he'd like to become the meeting spot for Thursday Night Mototcycle Nights (replacing MotoMarket, which closed several months ago). A group of us will be showing up on Thursday nights (6pm-8pm). It's a nice ride...come check it out!
2014 Ducati 899 Panigale
2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale - lemon- repurchased by Ducati
2002 Ducati 998S Bostrom - sold
Slater's is nice, awesome Bbq Pizza. a lot of parking, quick to backroads, motorcycle enthusiast owner, etc etc etc
Friend: man riding this really hurts my balls
Me: Well you're not supposed to sit on your balls!
Sounds great to me!

If you come through Bolton, be sure to oblige the speed limits.
Bolton is too far for where I'm coming from. Maybe somewhere more east?

Not that it's all that relevant, but last time I was in there Slater's was BYOB. And the pizza was great.

I'm planning on hitting Slater's tonight. Anyone going to be there?
What time?
Ehh...little too raw and wet for me. Next week, perhaps.

Right off 119 in Groton, excellent food, decent coffee and welcoming to bikers (at least every time I've been there).
Open till 9 pm on Thursdays and IIRC, live music.
For me Slaters is too far out, plus I'm not keen on the fact that the parking lot is all dirt. They are biker friendly though!
The parking lot is only 2/3 dirt. And Waltham to Bolton isn't that far.
