i was going to race downhill skateboard there in the maryhill festival of speed but in the race the month before i dislocated my shoulder and didnt want to risk further injury, sick road though.
That is the Maryhill Loops Rd in Washington. It's not open to public motor vehicle traffic, but can be rented and ridden. http://www.maryhillmuseum.org/Visit/Do/loops.html
I had the chance to ride it a few years ago at a rally in Columbia River Gorge area. Was a neat road to ride, especially with the history behind it, but with two way traffic there's not a lot of margin for (someone else's) error. The rally also did a couple of cornering clinics with a sponsoring riding school where they kept traffic only going in one direction. That would have been fun
