At least the Sheriff seemed very good. Bad cops are everywhere and I wish the forces themselves would do a better job of weeding them out, but having cameras all over the place has got to be making them think twice before going on their power trips.

Well they don't just go off despite what the media would have you believe. His finger wasn't on the trigger, but yeah, that is complete b.s. and totally unnecessary. Fuck that guy.

How that cop keeps his job is a mystery to me. The attitude suggests he's done this before. I suspect the rider pulled a bone head move but drawing a gun on him, WTF.

Jail time for assault with a dangerous weapon before this douchebag kills somebody would be a good idea and fuckin A warranted, although I'd suggest a mental health evaluation first.

I wouldn't be surprised if the dude was off his meds, having a psych episode, or had a recent "dosage adjustment" or new combination of meds that isn't quite optimal yet. Or maybe he recently made a drug bust and did some squad car testing of the substance. I can only hope he didn't get promotions based on this kind of repeated sober behavior, although I have seen some bad you tube videos of Washington state cops vs motorcyclists in the past...

Did he ever show any sort of identification, verbal or otherwise? Doesn't an officer have to identify themselves, especially in plain clothes, so we don't think you're just a crazy person with a gun? This is a legitimate question (obviously may vary state to state)
