how to move a locked bike?

If someone moved my bike to make room to park, I'd be having stern words with them. Especially when they do something stupid like lift it by the front tire. Oops, dropped your bike while turning it around.......

As a matter of fact Bully now makes a pager alarmed solid loop lock. I just got one in and it's pretty cool. More coming in next week.
1/2 mile pager range and 100db alarm.
