I used to change tires on my KZ-1000 and KZ-1100 using my parents' old skid steer. Just a couple of straps and the entire bike would come off the ground!

When I pulled my front wheel the other day I had the front sitting on two milk crates and a piece of half inch copper pipe. The milk crates started to bend the next day in the heat but it was still pretty sturdy.

ive used the I-Beam in my basement and a couple ratchet straps to do the front rotors on mine
