If you run into a wall with a helmet on, you still ran into a wall.
What a stupid ad. Doesn't even make sense.

Well, I now know who to blame if I ever get t-boned by a Juke.
"Life is a tour, not a race... just stay out of my way when I'm touring!"
How could a Juke keep up with sportbikes? Does it have a Hayabusa motor under the hood? (Oh yeah that brings up another point, Suzuki should make a compact car with one)
Stupid commercial.
Friend: man riding this really hurts my balls
Me: Well you're not supposed to sit on your balls!
Ta Fuck?
Hey I'd like some cup holders on my bike. My boss has a goldwing and he puts his morning coffee in the trunk in a cup carrying on the way to work. Wish I could do that.
It's pretty close actually.. It's a 190hp 1600cc direct injection turbo charged engine. How could a Juke keep up with sportbikes? Does it have a Hayabusa motor under the hood? (Oh yeah that brings up another point, Suzuki should make a compact car with one)
Stupid commercial.
I'm with you on the Suzuki cars. I dunno how they can have such nice speedy bikes, and such boring ordinary cars. Although a car with a Busa engine in it wouldn't be all that fast. Maybe a 2.6 liter V8 that redlines at 11krpm and makes almost 400hp though that would be nice. Of course cars need to last at least 100k miles without any major maintenance or problems and bikes don't.
I agree though the ad is stupid and tasteless. The announcers voice isn't even deep enough to be a good announcer. They at least need that guy from the Gieco commercials, he's got a good announcer voice. And it looks like they did it all in CG, because it was alot cheaper than crashing 3 bikes, it just screams cheap low budget half assed crap. I'm more offended by the badness of the commercial than the fact that they ran down a couple of gangster bikers.

I did receive a response from Nissan, though they said just about nothing.

In response to the quip about my little complaint putting Nissan in crisis mode. Obviously there are more important things on Nissan's plate and I wouldn't expect more than a nebulous response which is what I did receive. Whether that commercial has any influence on my choice of car will just have to be seen. Most of us, myself included, tend to have short memories when it comes to minor issues such as this. As a side thought could you ever imagine an ad showing a car running down a pedestrian or a bicycle? Sanitized, CGI, bloodless...still would never happen.
I got the exact same response from Nissan to my objection over their commercial
That chick's got a pretty nice ass.
