Which oil doesn't matter, It's of the utmost importance to at least get the old oil out. Just drain it before it can cause any more trouble. Don't worry about refilling. Since tires are made of oil, if you soak them in the used oil they will rejuvenate. Do you have a hydrometer to measure them so you know when they're rehydrated??
