Perforation

Anybody here know where I can get leathers perforated in the Ma. area.

I know vanson wont do any work, unless its a vanson.

I've never heard of getting leathers perforated after they are purchased.

HaHaHa very funny mo-fo, it is possible to get leathers perf'. Barnicle Bill can do it no prob, but I figure if I can find someone local to do it, I'll save a little time and get it back sooner.

Actually I wouldn't mind at all. He happens to make very high quality racing suits.

It's to cold for perforated keep them & get a new set.

No firsthand experience with Barnacle Bill, but I've read many favorable comments regarding their service. Also, I guess http://www.spyderleatherworks.com will do perfs, also not in the MA area.

Perfed is done to the leather before assembly

You might get certain panels replaced with perfed sections.


I would asses the situation because it may be almost the price of new perffed stuff then you'ld have 2

I wear Barnacle Bill leathers. Well just the pants right now. They are second to none. When I go to a one piece suit it will be made by him. He also repaired my jacket which he did not make and the repair job was seemless. I would not hesitate to send him anything leather to work on.

Bills' reputation is stellar in the industry. If you want it done, do it now as it's his slow time.

Yeah looks like Im leaning towards B.Bill cause there isn't anything closer to me.

My second option is to keep this for cool N.England days and get another for warmer days.

There's a little hole in the wall called Doc's in the Raynham/Taunton area. I've had him do stitching & patches on leather suits and his work was impecable. Just don't mention Jane Fonda when speaking with him...
