Random SV part question/ guess what this part is...

I was going thru and reattaching my lower fairing to my 07 SV650S that has been off for the past 2 years.
Put everything back on and then was left over with the attached part.
Not sure where this goes...

Any idea?
Have one similar that is already on the bike on the bikerigth side that holds the fairing on.

Dont need it on the right side to attache the lower fairing to the cowl fairing.....

Ideas??

On my 2007 there is one of those on each side of the headstock (maybe an inch or two closer to the tank) to hold the wiring against the frame.

Me too, but it's temporary. I hate not having things within arm's reach.
