Jeans, t-shirt, sneakers, no gloves and when in NH no helmet in MA a skull cap. If its cold I will wear the leather and gloves and maybe a full face helmet.

Depends on what I am doing. Short trip to work, less than 3 miles, just the helmet unless it's cold out. A little longer but nothing hard core helmet and gloves. If I'm out to beat the living shit out of the bike helmet, gloves and textile jacket w/armor.
