Re: Saddlebags on a Street Triple?
Ogio makes nice stuff, just keep in mind that 30 litres of storage isn't much bigger than a tankbag hanging off the rear end. Only reason I say that is because when I purchased the Blaze system (the one I posted for you to check out) I was disappointed with how much they realistically held.
Commuting you shouldn't have a problem but I had trouble packing for 3 nights with my g/f into both saddlebags. We were down to the bare bones for supplies.

Good to know thanks. It's really just for a bit of clothes that I need to bring back and forth from school. I usually am pretty good with keeping seasonal stuff in one place so I don't have to transport it, and thankfully I can leave all of my big item stuff here for a long term. I'm figuring the saddlebags, tailbag, and backpack should be enough but we'll see. I could always strap a small bag under the tail too if need be.
Re: Saddlebags on a Street Triple?
Sounds like you should be in good shape. This was my first time ordering bags so for me it was interesting to see what 42 liters of storage physically equated to.
Re: Saddlebags on a Street Triple?
You guys went home, we went camping for another 3 days!

How much for your rear pegs & brackets? Mine have a nice scuff from turn 1a at NHMS. :bananna:

Gotcha.
