that is awsome, 300hp from 1.6.
i know their is a water jet kit that is selling out there if you'e to increase the comp on some turbo cars. :dunno: how well this works.
There is a BMW M3 that my buddy works on in his shop that is using a supercharger and water injection. With all of the mods he has done to this car it is producing about 500 hp. It is a really scarry and fun car to drive. He told us that without the water in there he wouldn't be able to push it that much because of the heat.

ever see after head gasket blows clean
We used water injection on a 78 camaro...Used Garret turbos, Yes...2 of them...but it was a wet system. had a priority valve, that would pull air/fuel thru the manifolds before the boost went positive. But when positive it would pull thru the carbs into the turbos.Quote:

Did all the other tricks, like my Mitsu..Titanium valves.."O" ring the heads, rods, pistons...Was 355 cu in, and plastered the chasis dyno at well over 700 hp. Used lots of water! Actually it was a water/alky mixture, and had a similar timing retard unit installed. MSD made/makes good stuff! The compression ratio was at 8 to 1. if I remember correctly...
