i found out my friend is gonna take the msf course in march with his dad, and i've been interested in taking it. so providing the class isn't filled i'm gonna be taking it with him![]()
i suppose i should go out and get a bike permit...
Good for you bro!
Definately get your papers, do you have a bike yet?

They will supply you with a bike to take the course on. The course is excellent I would recommend it to anyone who is new to riding.![]()
It wasn't me I didn't do it (unless you have the negatives to prove it)
That's great! MSF was long, but it was sooo much fun, especially when the instructors weren't looking. Where are you going to be taking it?
Oh, you won't need any special gloves or shoes. Just wear comfortable gardening gloves and any over-the-ankle shoes. Be sure to have raingear handy. And bring something to drink.
I've never heard anybody say the MSF wasn't worth it! Hope you post back and let us know how it goes!

not sure where i'm taking it, i'll find that out from my friend later tonight when he gets back from work so i can sign up. i have work boots, those will work, right?
i don't have a bike yet...i'll probably spend around a grand on my first bike. i wanted a camaro, but i don't have enough cash so i decided on a bike, i need have a need for speed and my grand am just doesn't cut it![]()
Work boots will be fine. Glad to see you're taking the MSF class. I wish I had gone that route when first learning to ride. I ended up taking it later...
