For those that dont know i work at a dealership and have a customer trading in a zx-9 2002 with 10k on it in preety good condition.......i can pick it up for $2500.00 its got a yosh carbon pipe on it, what do ya think? Also anyone in here have one and what do ya like-dislike about the bike......Thanks

while its not the latest and greatest i think its a good deal. just make sure it hasn't been laid down or abused. if i had the money i would do it in a heartbeat.

Buy that thing, right now ! I worked at a dealership for 13 years, I'd buy alot of used bikes, fix em if they needed it, and then resell them. Dude, its a great way to make some extra cash. Just ask the bossman if its ok, I guess

well the bike came in, a few scratches on one side....needs tires....looks like the bike was never leaned over 1- 1 1/2 in on chicken strips on the rear tire and the front is all cupped.....anyhow yosh rs3 carbon pipe, chrome frame sliders and its the orange brown color......not bad overall took it around the lot and froze my ass off.....the clutch feel is real soft almost non existant.....dont know what that is .....probably most of the 10 k was on the rear wheel or doing burnouts....haha.....anyhow i might just take it and have a second bike that will come in handy when my duc is in for the 12k service.....lol

I have a '99 ZX9R and love it. At that price you are silly not to grab it. Throw a set of tires on it and you will be able to make some quick cash this spring if you decide not to keep it.
