SPEEDZILLA.COM.... Anyone know them?

I have a problem with a product that was purchased from SPEEDZILLA.COM. I have been e-mailing them about twice a week for the last few weeks, with no reply. They do not list a phone number on the site.

Has anyone had dealings with them? Does anyone know a better way to get into contact with them?

So far the service is very poor. I have a problem with a set of mirrors that are exclusive to Speedzilla...

Although I don't have much confidence in Alexa.com. I typed in my dealer's site and it said we get 4 milliion hits a week on average.

Did you order the turn signal mirrors? Good luck with that.

If you search the forums you'll find multiple threads on the poor customer service and the lack of inventory.. etc etc.

Actually, I take that back... I think Dave went through and deleted some of them.

If it was the mirrors that you ordered and didn't get... I would check your credit card statement. You'll probably find that they never charged your card. The are good about not charging you unless they ship your product... which would be never.

I got a set of mirrors for a customer last year. They arrived not problem and went on the bike. The problem is that the blinker lenses don't stay in the mirrors. They come with amber and clear. He has lost one of each. I'm trying to get another set of lenses and this Dave guy doesn't respond at all.

I just tried dialing the phone number that Matty posted. It's Dave's cel phone... It's turned off... and the mail box is full.

a "hit" is any image, page, or file pulled of the server....if a user goes to a page and there are 10 images on it, then it counts as 11 "hits".

unique users are what counts, and page views tell you how much their looking around
