I have no idea what condition it's in (almost certainly shitty), what it would cost to get it transported from the tow place to my garage, or even where the hell I would put its sad desert carcass were it to show up on my doorstep tomorrow morning. So pd calls you and says they run a vin and it comes back as your bike, but tow guys say it isn't????? Sounds to me like someone at the tow yard has his eye on a cheap (free, unclaimed)07 cbr track bike. I'd be calling back the police (both departments) because that sounds very suspicious.Quote:
