This is pretty weird but I'm thinking about selling my motorcycle.
I'd like to dedicate myself to trying to win some bicycle races and realistically I can't do both hobbies at the same time. Since I don't have the money and/or guts to try and get into motorcycle racing I'd rather concentrate on bicycling. I finally dragged myself to my first race this year last weekend and thought I would get my ass kicked... but it was pretty obvious I can be competitive if I get my head in the game. (I even led the race for a while... which was a shock) If I was disgustingly rich I'd just keep the motorcycle in the garage and just ride it once in a blue moon but I'm not and don't want to. There isn't really a time during the year when I can motorcycle but can't bicycle, and getting rid of the motorcycle would free up a ton of cash for racing, hotel rooms, parts, whatever...
Any advice on selling it? Is this a horrible time of year to do it? I've had it for 2 months and have 3200 miles on it. Financially I think I can probably sell it and not lose that much. Obviously it looks pretty much perfect/brand new. (Whatever happens it costs more to keep it)
(Now you all know why I'm such a skinny freak and don'tmuch..)
Thanks,
Ben
