YOU DO NOT represent all of the motorcyclists opinions on the case and YOUR wording makes YOU appear as though you do. I can't stress enough that I have a completely differing opinion than YOU do and I hate the fact that as a motorcyclist you using the "WE" as opposed to "I" somehow links your opinions with mine....

can YOU please refrain from continuing to insert yourself as the voice of all and go about YOUR business in a more appropriate form of inserting YOUR opinion where YOU think its necessary....

Well I have considered your edits and decided against them because I do speak for a very large number of motorcyclists. In point of fact, I didn't even mention this board.

If you want to communicate your opinion to the Court it's a free Country, you can write whatever you want. You can even say "Many of us here at NESR hate that motherfucker..." whatever.

Here's your update.... Video late night..... Continued to 14 June.... The continuance was made at the request of counsel Jeffrey Kaye.... who probably didn't recognize that as being Bike Week. Whoops..... if they think they saw some irate bikers today just wait until then, ahem. Speaking of irate, my old friend Mike Gannon was there, I knew it as soon as I heard his Harley coming up the road. Mike and I both made NH LE look pretty stupid a few years ago, long story.

As I interviewed some folks who showed up in support I discovered that victim William Hawksley didn't put his bike down despite having a shattered leg. He relayed that Mr. Eller pushed him across a couple of lanes of travel before the nightmare ride concluded. Talk about superior luck and biking skills.
Regardless, Ma and Pa need to be double-checking their insurance policies.

As to Security Chief L'Esperance, the following colloquy ensued as I walked through the door:

"What are you people doing here," bellowed L'Esperance," who will soon receive a written complaint.
"I didn't know we needed a reason, this is a public courthouse isn't it?
"I told you it was continued."
"Well we're just here to make sure of that."
"The motion is under advisement."
"Well that means it hasn't been continued yet then, right? Why are you being so hostile to us? I asked."

Honestly he looked like he was going to blow a gasket, and all of us bikers were just standing there quietly. Meanwhile all of the people who had court hearings were looking on in amazement and shaking their heads at the guy. He probably has no clue that the sitting Judge -- McLeod -- has already ruled in my favor in a First Amendment case.

Well folks the serious nature of the issue, the quality of the video production and the sentiments of the riders involved are all self-evident.

What is not quite so evident is that when the video thumbnail eventually changes -- YouTube has been deathly slow on this lately -- you will see a certain lifelong biker named Michael Gannon reaching to shake my hand with a smile on his face.

Why is that?

Because we both helped each other out back in the Day when we were both facing bogus NH criminal indictments, and we were both exonerated. As a military man he loves KingCast. And yes, still a lawyer every goddamn day, suspended or not. Still making enough money without the license, ahem. When some of you earn those degrees and want to talk shit maybe I will listen:

Im pretty sure that the interested parties in this case that are on this forum can research and update the rest of us without adding nonsense and havoc like what you have done.

We dont need a 1-2 page report on everything that happens. "The defendant blinked 5 times between 1pm and 1:10pm... here is a utube video to prove it..." Enough. A simple response saying the case has been pushed to June XX, 2011 would of sufficed.
