Not sure how else I could explain it. Blocking another motorist because that motorist feels it's their right to do such a thing....or perhaps to teach the "offending" motorist a lesson. The topics of the "merging traffic" thread as well as what this young man pulled aren't too far off one another. Regardless of what type of vehicle was doing the passing, one driver felt they needed to block another from occupying the space in front of them.
In your example BOTH drivers could be accused of being dicks. In this case it seems only one is a dick and one is innocent.

This absolutely floored me. I got pulled over doing 105 in a 65 in NH a year and a half ago and not only did I lose my license in NH, but I also lost it in MA for TWO MONTHS!! I couldnt even get a hardship license due to the way NH and MA laws are written (it was the equivalent of a DUI). You know what happened once I got my license back?
