Congrats, JRO! The bike needs a carb, a pipe, both brake calipers, lines and levers, a chain, and a magneto cover. All easily obtained and installed. You will learn a lot just getting that beast in operating condition, but it won't take long!
The bike really looks nice, and I hope that you have a lot of fun with it. Just remember to wear a helmet. I would hate to hear later that you got hurt.
