    Therapy.

After a long winter since installing some K&N Pods from Duncan Moto, I finally got an Ivan's Performance Stage 3 Jet Kit installed over the past few days' worth of rain (she's also got a Kerker on her), the bike ran like butter on start up so I've been eagerly waiting the commute to work today. It was also the first time I've been able to ride the 'Rex since upgrading to SS lines and HH pads.

I'm a very happy camper, and needed the ride in today after:
    • Kitchen Grease Fire
    • Put the Family Dog to Sleep
    • Flooded Basement
    • Family Illness

Thank god it's spring. For those who haven't braved the roads yet, there's still a lot of debris out there and the wet parts are still quite slick, but all in all at least my commute in was brilliant

I'd almost forgot the amazing effect riding to work can have on your entire mood... man I needed that.

What if you put $100 aside everytime you used your bike for therapy? I'd have enough in a month for the new Multi....

sorry about your troubles ..specially the family dog. That's tough...

The "therapy sessions" cost enough as it is.... 'course that's my own damned fault!!! Thanks for the condolences... fortunately we have an adorable 7 month old puppy to keep us distracted. In this pic he's about 2 months old... his name is Freddy and you'll be seeing the not-so-little-anymore guy at the track this year for sure!

I was also moved to write a quick little blog after today's ride in...

Sorry to hear about your dog Scott

And yes, the first ride to work is a good one. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow night I can give the DR some TLC.

bummer about the pooch. but i'll second the fact that tooling around on two wheels will cure any mental ailment.

Sorry about the pup, your little guy is adorable though! I'm stoked to hear about the Ivan's, I just got mine in the mail a couple days ago and am excited to see what the bike is like after.... I literally had it the day after I called them, great company
