Oh just wanted to let you all know I asked Liberty Mutual what the buy back price was for the bike and they said that since there was a lein they cant sell the bike back, they have to send it to auction. I don't recall where they took it (it is in MA) but it was not Taunton I specifically asked and just don't recall where they told me :)

While it worked out in my favor to have the bike deemed a total loss I think either the tow company damaged it more than it was when they hooked it to the truck or someone inside the insurance company wanted the bike lol.

Only the nose was damaged yet they list all these items which 80% of were not damaged.
