Could hammer nails if I needed too...that is one sexy ride.
man that thing is sexy. looks heavy though. i have a 6" diecast model of it in red. how much more was the "R" version?
awesome looking bike, white bikes are "sex on wheels"
Congrats!!!
Def a Sick looking bike Congrats....
Congrats on the new bike! I'm liking white more n more!
I hate you... Jumping the Ducati ship to go to the Aprilia band wagon. You gonna grow a goatee now too?
One less Ducatisti in Vermont... and a V4? :wtf:
:poke:
OK, OK I am jealous. Might as well ride an uncomfortable bike while you are young... just don't get any tickets with it :naughty
Can't wait to see it/ride it. Tonight? :D
Thing is, there's more of a Ducati bandwagon now than Aprilia. Hahaha
Also, the ride is more comfortable for me than the 848 was. :p
Damn!! That looks like a racebike!
Fap
Congrats on the new bike! Welcome to the cool kid's club!
Those are sweet. I testrode both the R and the Factory a couple years ago, and liked both. If I was in the market for a full-on sportbike, that's the one I would likely pick (noting though that I haven't had a chance to ride the Panigale yet). I would step up to the Factory, for the smoother midrange from the variable length intakes as much as for anything else.
Enjoy the heck out of it; it's a great bike.

i just have to chime in as well - that is one sexy bike. i love the color scheme also.
I had the secks with it tonight... :D
I also have to say that the sound this thing makes is orgasmic. :naughty
Fuckin' A!!
So I finally got to ride it some today and holy crap. The power that this thing makes is simply stupid. I don't know how else to describe it. It wants to bring the front up in first, second and third. It doesn't seem to matter what RPM it's at because it will just pull and pull and pull. The front brakes are great with the brembo monoblocks. The rear brakes are very weak but I was told thats common with Aprilia's. The sound, i can't even begin to start to describe it. The Leo pipe on it screams with the DB killer out of it. The throttle response is really responsive and smooth in the street setting. There are a couple of bumps in the midrange that is probably due to the pipe and mapping. It will backfire on decel from the higher RPMs with the leo pipe but that is bearable.
The seat and reach seems to be different, and a little more comfortable than the 848. I'm going to try to get some distance on it tomorrow.
Thanks for all the great comments, I really am loving this bike!
You shouldn't of let me see it....... now I want need it!!!!
Welcome to the aprilia family. I have an RSV4 factory and absolutely love it. It is an incredible bike and the motor is like nothing else. Good luck with!!
How long have you had yours? I haven't been able to really find any common issues, if there are any. How's your experience been so far?
