I have the same issue. I like the way they ratchet down and lace up. I was bankin on the leather getting wet and streaching but that has not happened in 7 years. Just not for the wife footed types.
They sure do last.

Sidi cycling shoes have never fit me really well. I've been using Specialized shoes on both the road and mountain bikes. Very comfy, very stiff... I highly recommend giving them a shot.

1st question I asked. Is you collar bone broken. That is an easy one to answer.
2nd question. Did you just separate your AC joint? Uhhh... I don't think so....

well I'm thinking about there again but unfortunately I'll have to be much less of a man and walk it over mediocre obstacles..... that's at least until my doctor says there's nothing wrong

Near perfect. Not a lot of wet spots. The typical standing water spots are now thick to drying mud. J
Just broke into the 8mph range for 15 miles. Leggs are getting stronger and the breathing is beginning to slowly come allong. Still having problems.

Re: Mt.Bike Wompatuck State Park 2010
Gino, let me know when you are going out next and I'll meet you. I can't do Thursdays but everything else is fair game.
I have a friend that is big into road cycling, and I have been doing it a little with him, but it just doesn't do anything for me. I prefer mtn biking...more technical, way more fun, and better work out imo.

Hey Alex,
I kicked by but yesterday. with track days on Monday, Tuesday and Friday I could not get out of the seat at all. My legs need some recovery time. Will see what happens this week. Friday might be doable.

Re: Mt.Bike Wompatuck State Park 2010
Going to be a hot one today. Get the fluids in early. Time to throw some ice in the C-back. The bladder helps to keep the back body temp down slightly.

Re: Mt.Bike Wompatuck State Park 2010
I'll see you at 5. Where do you usually meet up? Main gate?
