Not if you saw my skates. I've done 50mph downhill and close to 30mph on a flat surface. Carbon fiber shell, aircraft aluminum frames.

(of course, I haven't put them on since I started traveling so much.)

not purple, black. I even had some on both TTD in Sept. Someone made a comment about them when I was walking around at the end of the first day. Don't remember who.
