Who's got what planned, if anything at all? Racing, spectating at the track, vintage hill climbs, Gunstock hill climbs, live shows, etc.? Whereabouts is everyone staying?
I'm working most of the week, but I'll be taking a few afternoons off. Maybe meet-up somewhere along the way if we can work it out? I'm planning on being at the track Friday for the races and Saturday for as much of the day as possible. While I'll say I'd like to be at the track Sunday as well, I'm not gonna fool myself into whole heartedly believing it.
Likely skipping up to Gunstock for the hill climbs Wednesday as well, probably straight from the shop in Manch. We'll see about that though. I hate to say it, but it's getting kinda old. We've/I've been catching it damn near every year for 20+ years. I guess it'll depend on when I can actually get to scootin' from Manch.
Other than that, there's a couple bands I'd like to catch. Downfall is ya gotta deal with Weirs to get to the venue. Texas Hippie Coalition is playing right on Lakeside Ave. Wednesday night. I'm hoping the masses put off getting up there until Thursday. Although Thursday an old school buddy's band is playing up there too, so I'll likely have to deal with some shenanigans by then.
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
You already know this, but just to contribute to the thread & let others know in case they're interested...
USCRA is up at Loudon this weekend. I'll be there Friday night into Saturday (and maybe Sunday) for the Endurance race.
NEMRR 100th Classic is Friday the 16th through Sunday the 18th. I'll be up there Thurs through Sun.
Don't think I'll really be able to venture away from the track while I'm up there, but anyone who wants to come visit, I'll be in or around Center Garage bay #1![]()

Turns out we MAY NOT be at the camp much THIS weekend. We may venture down to the track after hours if they don't soak us just for a visit...

Head gasket leak, ended my one-off retirement from racing. 6 laps of practice and my day was done. Total disappointment. Large crowd outside the speedway when i left. Ended up taking a short but fun filled ride on my Triumph then having a cold one watching all the bikes go by my house. So not all bad

My folks will be working up there as usual. I'll not be there, also as usual. But I heard a great joke that is relevant. Laconia is comicon for guys that cosplay as Jon bon Jovi. This is extra funny cause my pops made his jacket for the "livin on a prayer" video, which was also (unrelated) the last son my sister had at her wedding reception... That is all, carry on.

I can resist everything but Pete's mom.
A couple bikes showed up for the ride to Maine .

Center harbor to Ossipee thru Limerick past MX 207 to Bentley’s.
H.O.G road captains were plentiful and kept the group moving along well .
Pretty much rode at 60-70 mph the whole time at the back of the pack.
It was a well organized and executed ride for the amount of bikes .
Only problem for some folks was it was only a one way guided ride and lots of people that signed up did not realize that and needed help getting back to the Weirs .

Well, the endurance race was a blast on saturday! This was the first time I have raced on a team with my wife. Kerry, Pete G and myself took the overall win out of 9 teams. There were a few pretty stout ones too! We had a nearly perfect 2.5 hours of lapping with some fun head to head racing as well.

Looks like I’ll head up early Saturday morning with my oldest to watch the Classic. Have some friends staying on Lake Winnie for the week, going to get some boat time in on Sunday.
I went to MMI I know what Im doing here chief
Heading up either Thursday night or Friday morning. Sleeping in my car for the weekend in the infield if that's still allowed. What time are they doing the wet t-shirt contest?

Not sure this has been answered or not....what's the difference between the General Admission ($40) and VIP ($70) tickets?
Edit: got it.....
VIP has seating in Turn 1. Seems like that's about it, there is infield access with the GA ticket.
Have they moved grandstands to T6?
