Neglected 2024

The Neglected celebrated their 11th year with a great ride yesterday under blue bird skies.

In accordance to our bylaws, no 2 of the same brand showed up for the jaunt. Adam's MV Agusta was a real head turner!

For the 7th year in a row, Golden Chicken won the Iron Man award...360 miles. Congrats Golden!

Many thanks to Arcee51 for organizing and unveiling another trove of secret roads. Look forward to the next one!

I think it was about 8.5 hours of actual saddle time for me, plus maybe 5 minutes at the first meet up point with Adam, 15 minutes or so at the main meet up point, an hour for lunch, and maybe 10 minutes getting gas on the way home. Roughly three, 3-hour sessions.

There was really something about the Guzzi v-twin rumble mixed with the MV Agusta triple and my slightly odd parallel twin that sounds like a 75° v-twin, it was like white noise.

I'll make sure to have a coffee or something before we start the next ride!
