Twice in one day I got fawked out of riding with the "slow" guys. I missed OREO on the ride to V's and then tried to go with the "fast" leader
I didn't get to ride with the U, Oreo, faster, blade:wtf:
i did however get to hang behind a double tail .:ass:. Heather on her zx6 :ass:

Why complicate things by making people follow the simple instructions at the beginning of the thread? :poke: :D

the start time on grouprider says 9:30am, may want to change that. BTW I'm in as long as someone is willing to adjust their vacation.

Dave count me out of this one, I tried to remove my name from grouprider but couldn't figure out how. Have a great ride and keep it shinny side up

No problem....but if you go to Group Rider and at the top select 'My Rides' then Big big long long ride 1. When you get there there is a little pull down that says "Your Status"....select that then Not Attending and, like magic, you'll be off the list!

I think it was because I had the wrong time zone selected in my profile...should be OK now! Thanks....

DucDave....have you been to evans notch lately? In the recent rain storms from a few weeks ago, there was washouts / land slides on RT 113 in Evans Notch. I had forgotten about that, but when mentioning this ride to a friend he reminded me.
Sucks because I was over there not too long ago, I could have, if I had known, done some recon and checked 113 out to see what kind of shape it was in.
edit...apparently a 40 foot bridge was also washed out.

Yep...was aware of this and have changed my route as indicated in the first message of this thread...

ROUTE -
The current route on Group Rider is broken into 3 pieces due to technical limitations of your leader...me! Doesn't matter though since the Evans Notch section doesn't apply anymore anyway! I expect to take the posted route across Hurricane Mountain. At this point I plan to run Hurricane Mountain back west then take 16 north to Mt. Washington. If the weather is good we can ride to the summit. If not continue north to Rt. 2 west. Then 115S to Rt. 3 South. At Franconia Notch we'll see how folks feel. Some may decide to slab 93 home. I may continue the lead to North Woodstock and 112/118 west and south to Canaan and Rt. 4. From there I will head home....
If you do check it out and it is opened then :shredder: yeehaw...back to the original ride!

doh I missed that :bash
It is a sweet ride up through the notch though, excellent scenery and so on. I have a PTO day tuesday, maybe if I get back early enough I can go on a recon ride.
