.....the big group ride. I drove ALL DAY today to make up a route for the big group ride. We're gonna hit 4 states, MA, CT, NY and VT. Oh my oh my the NICE roads I found!! Barkhamsted Reservoir and Peoples State Forest in CT, Dutchess County, Taconic Trail and the best part of Rte 2 in NY, some nice scenery in VT and some sweet roads in the Berkshires, MA. A few stops for gas/restrooms and lunch. All the roads I picked are in good shape. No potholes, or infinite amount of tar snakes. It's going to be an ALL DAY ride, leaving early morning around 9:00am. So those of you joining, don't give me the "it's too early, I need my beauty sleep!". Get it the few days before the ride mmmkay???
