Honestly if I had a bike safe and registered this would be it.
If we can move the eclipse to Sunday I'm in!
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Yeah, I’ll take the day for this.

Damnit. I have to fly to Chicago the afternoon of the 8th for a customer meeting.
Thanks for organizing Timmy, I was really looking forward to this.

The weather will be cloudy, traffic will be a nightmare. Do it.

Make sure you get some cheap solar eclipse glasses from Amazon. They are super dark lens good for looking at the sun and watching the eclipse prior to full eclipse.

Have fun today, guys. Pretty bummed I’m not riding with you, today and tomorrow look like some great early spring riding.
I just landed in Chicago, going to pickup my rental car :/

I had a dream of jumping on the Ninja H2 SX and blasting up 91 at 6am before the madness started. But life and work has me in Central Mass with a bunch of solar glasses and possibly my daughters coming over for the max eclipse viewing and pizza party. Wish I were able to see the full boat corona blase with the naked eye. I hear its spectacular.

I think the traffic in Maine headed into and out of the path of totality will be nuts. It seems that Maine is going to have the best weather along the entire path.
I'm in Bridgton, 98% is good enough for me. I'm hoping it also permits me to get ahead of the homebound traffic from farther up north.
My B-I-L is headed out of Lovell, ME up to Rangeley. Good luck!
The traffic on Route 93 north (and 293 north) is backed up into Hooksett. Well south of the "upper split" now...

Well that was pretty cool, we were at about 95% here. Kind of like standing behind a sheet of tinted glass.
