i went out round 4 when it started to cool off. headed out towards seabago lake, standish and such. saw a fair amount of other riders out.

Just a little plug regarding the Track Rat segment of us Southern Maine Streetriders regarding the June Tony's Track Day adventure:

I have posted most of the sessions 2 thru 8 for both days to YouTube (still have to do the last ones for the 19th). They are in the "JohnnyZX14" Channel.
I tend to post them in combined Front & Rear cam split-screen in STD definition. But I always record in High Def HD 1080p, so I do have those originals if anyone is interested in HD still shots, or the full screen Front or
Rear video. There is sellect full screen stuff up on YouTube, as well.

You can count me in I think. I have the weekend off so whenever is good for me, Timmychanga and I were talking about maybe a night cruise up the Kanc and back? (no knee dragging or V-max drifting....John!)

Regardless lets get a cruise going, maybe if anyone is interested in a two day trip I could be talking into that. I have a place down in Central Mass we could crash at, maybe meet up with the Western Mass boys? Just an idea....

Lookin' at doin' a mellow "Harley" 2-up run up to Camden Sunday with Chef Steve and his wife, and Chef Jeff (BMW); may slab it to Topsam/Richmond bi-pass; maybe take Rt 9 out of Falmouth. In any case, this would be a good ride for the Southern Maine Newbies. Maybe we will do some of my "undisclosed back road bypasses around Rt 1 tourist traffic jams," like in Wiscasset. (This one would be over an "improved" dirt road where you might expect to see a foreign-looking blind guy on a bridge picking one bad-ass banjo. And a pond, with skinny-dipping young local girls! Caveate: Look; but do NOT stop!

The basic plan is to shoot up to Camden and ride up Mount Battie for a scenic veiw of Penobscot Bay and to check out Camden Harbor and the Tall Ships. Also could do Rockport and Rockland harbors, too. My original 'hood.
;P Again, this is a mellow ride. (Does not preclude some foolishness on the choice stretches of road for those so inclined, but the emphasis is on the Newbies!)
