I rather like it up here in Milton. There are a few down the road from me for sale that are very nice but have been for sale for a while due to the economy so they are pretty cheap.
It's def. a great area - I wouldn't mind it at all. I89 isn't that far away from most places in Milton / Georgia.
Great time to buy = Tough time to sell. That's the catch22 I'm in right now.
That - and dependent on my job situation - I really don't want an hour+ drive each way to work for the foreseeable future.

PS: Ouch on the accident you mentioned, there was an M/C accident by Saint Michael's Fire & Rescue just last week in the early evening. A minivan just merged into the other lane & sideswiped a guy on a Ninja 250....the bike looked ok...but the rider was just wearing a t-shirt & shorts according to the police officer at the scene... spent some time in the ER having various road & gravel bits extracted from his backside...ouch.

We all bailed just before 800 to beat the rain on the way home. It would have looked like that regardless because there was talk of a 745 creeme run but rain killed that idea

I have two at my parents house in Jericho. My father had commented about selling them and for a minute I wondered if maybe he had sold them without tell me
I'll shoot you a PM though about them if you want. One has a great motor but was flipped. The other one is almost a mint body but the motor has an oil pressure problem.

Lol, idk my friend recommended it to me. Loose mpg, but gain acceleration? lol idk.
I also got a new nose cowling, headlight, and gay blue windscreen. all for 180 shipped which was cool. Problem is, the cowling is slightly purplier, but im okay with it. Im thinking of buying an undertail and calling it a day for the bike lol, spending too much, i gotta save for college.

Beware the non DOT under-tail lights...
VT DMV launched a serious scare campaign this year, informing inspection stations to fail them or face a fine or even the loss of thier certificate to inspect.
Cruiser (Harley) beenie helmets are on their hit list too. I hear that's a $250 moving violation fine. AND, they won't let the rider take the ticket and drive away, unless they are wearing a DOT approved helmet.
Just sayin'.
