Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that we're having our Open House / Bike Show this Saturday May 19th.
For the Bike Show there will not be any categories, just an overall as voted by the Open House participants. No entry fee and some great prizes so you might as well put your bike in! All makes and models are welcome!!
Prizes are as follows -
1st - $500 Gas Card
2nd - $200 Land Air Gift Card
3rd - $100 Land Air Gift Card
If we have a big enough turnout we may do some other prizes for different categories....
If you plan on entering, please have your bike here and registered by 11AM! Winners will be announced at 2PM. Bike and owner must be present to win! This is our first year doing a bike show... if it's popular we will try to grow it next year and be able to do different categories, larger prizes, girls in bikinis (actually we should have a couple this year) etc.
As always the Open House will also include free refreshments, lots of giveaways, our best prices of the season, and up to 75% off parts and accessories!! Oh and there's going to be an Ice Cream truck parked on the property....so you can't really beat that.
Anyway, should be a good time, weather is looking great! Hope to see some of you there and meet some more NESRians!

Sounds fun... I'll throw my TW200 project in the hat. See you then!
Went last year and it was a good time. Can't make it this year, unfortunately.

So what/where is this? I'm pretty new to the area and have no idea what or where "Land/Air" is.

You can go to the Whitehorse Gear open house instead, which is the same day and is in Conway, NH.
The Twisted Throttle open house is on Saturday the 19th too. What is it with all you guys scheduling your open houses on the same day? You should coordinate so we can attend more than one.

Your signature says you've got 198,000 miles on your bike.... what's another 400??
Tell me about it! We run into this problem every year. This year there are a million other open houses, UVM graduation, racing at LRRS, and racing in Canaan. Needless to say, I didn't pick the date! But, on the plus side, it does look like we're gonna have some nice weather.
Understandable! I should be down there saturday night, good luck!
Nice, bring some bikes for the show!

I might lose resale value ...
Actually, the miles is the tempting part. It's the leaving at about 0700h in order to be sure to get there in time to enter it in the show that's less appealing.
We'll see how I feel that morning; I'm not a morning person under the best of conditions.

Good luck w/ the open house! Just enter that white RC8 in the show and collect the prize yourself.
See ya Sat night...
