RSM Helmet Closeout Sale...LOCAL!!!

Went into RSM today and talked with Mary...she is marking down ALL of last years Shoei Helmets...and Im not talking 25-50 bucks off, I'm talking RF-1000's for 299.99!!!!! INSANE! Shoei makes a very nice helmet, and the graphics she has in stock are sick. Mary thinks that Shoei graphics are the best, and I say that Shark is actually the best, but, if you need a new lid, stop by. She's selling them almost at dealer cost.

The EXO-700 is a surprisingly nice helmet for the price. Only reason I replaced mine was because I found an incredible closeout deal on a Shark RSi; I've still got the Scorpion for backup duty.

The Scorpion vents pretty damn well, and it has the best anti-fog coating on the inside of the face shield that I've ever experienced (it's significantly better than the Shark's); only downside is that it loses its effectiveness after a year or so. But you can always just replace the shield.

I'm leaning towards an EXO-400 for myself. I tried one on around Christmas time and I really liked how it fit.

Competition Accessories www.compacc.com is also doing the same thing, with Shoei and Arai helmets. Free shipping over $100 too. Shoei turned out the RF-1100 models, Arai has their new stuff out and of course helmets have a shelf life.....sooooooooo they gotta go.

I stopped by Roadside today and scooped up the only small. Well, the only small that wasn't pink with butterflies on it. There were plenty of mediums to choose from, and some were even cheaper than the discounted sticker price...

I think Mary has 5 or 6 left...all of them M and L...if you need a new helmet, a Shoei for under 300 bucks is awesome!

I'd imagine 1 or 2. I know she has a Caster RF-1000 left in either Red or Blue, gotta call and see. Keep in mind, these are 08 Model helmets.

FWIW, I bought ( or am going to buy ) a new Helmet through Roadside because they came really close ( within $10 ) to an on-line sale price. I ordered it through them and will pick it up on March 6th ( already tried it on, it fits nice ) when I save on the sales tax. If you do want one of the helmets on sale, ask Mary if she can hold it until then and save a few $$$ on the tax.
