As someone who worked at Goodrich, I highly recommend you look for a place to live in Burlington.
The commute isn't bad and there isn't anything going on in Vergennes.
if you dont have a ton of stuff and dont mind a room mate with a couple dogs, i've got a spare room in my apt on bayview street in burl. i dont have much room for storage, but the room is pretty big and i do have partial use of the gararge for the bikes! i have offstreet parking and use of a coin op laundry in the building next door. it's pretty mellow in this neighborhood, mostly family owned properties and not many rentals. your rent would be about 500 and 1/2 the utilities which are about 150/month total and includes heat, hot water, electric, cable and internet. i gueit it'll depend on how the pets get along with each other as well. let me know if your interested
regards jeff
so we're here! staying in Vergennes for a few months until we close on our new house (with proposed moto compound)
Anyway, if you guys could help me network, meg is still looking for work between middlebury and burlington. She has a bachelors in communications and marketing, and 3 years professional experience in nyc at an ad agency as a project coordinator.
I'll be in MA a lot on weekends working on house #1, hit me up if you guys are local and wanna show us around.
Kitt
Good to hear Kitt! I live over in Mokton (down the road from Trouble) and about 15/20 min of good roads away from Vergennes. Of course, I'm in Tucson at the moment, but planning on being home the end of the month.
One of the best places to check out right now is Dealer.com
