I'll be arriving early Friday morning for Penguin. Then racing this weekend. :)
Black and white Vanson leathers with my screen name on the back in blue. Bike is a R6 in Blue and black.
And I have no idea how garaging wrks so I don't have a clue as to where I'll be.

As a new racer without a garage you can shack up in Center 18 next to GMD. That is the Newbie garage and is a courtesy for your first event. There will be experienced people stopping by and helping out.

I do believe this is still valid. Its first come first serve. Last there there was no issue with room but we will cram in as many as we can if needed. We are next door in 19 and Ill be up there Friday morning at some point for afternoon practice. Feel free to ask any questions. Ill be the shortest of the three of us and Ill be riding a KTM motard with the number 79.

friday you can pit where ever you want. typically the north garages are easiest but racers who rent for the weekend will be showing up at some point during the day. you just gotta be out by the end of the day unless they invite you stay.

Re: 2013 Newcomers - Racers
those of you doing penguin tomoro are you gonna grab a spot in the North garages and then move back to center at the end of the day or are you just gonna set up in Center for the weekend?? trying to think logistics wise what would be best :/

less moving stuff = more time to hang out and learn something.
my non-racer opinion.

If you don't have a garage (and even if you do) take advantage of this. James along with PK and Deb helped me out a ton during my first weekend last year. Thanks again dude!

I plan to set up where I plan to be the whole weekend, but my garage is one of the North ones so I didn't put much thought in it.

Re: 2013 Newcomers - Racers
You're right near us. ECK used to be in that same garage in 2011.

this rookie race is going to be a shit show

Re: 2013 Newcomers - Racers
any predictions for the Rookie Race and/or weekend?
Sav - will be at pre-grid before 1st call. he'll finish the Rookie Race, but get a DNF in one race this weekend.
Diz - wheelies in the launch. i suspect some "customization" on that pretty paint this weekend (but hope i'm wrong). probably will blame cold tires & "need" to buy something expensive.
Hank the Tank - finishes 3rd. he'll get a 1:28 by sunday & look sexy all weekend
Doc - will still suck
KCotter - wins it by a landslide. he'll do 1:25 this race, 1:23 by the weekend & pump to AM in round 2
GingahNinjah - dont know him, but he's in the center garages.
