John the AMA was long gone by 2007 and they ran the race on the 1st weekend of bike week that year.
Back in early 2000s when WAAF held a bikini contest at bike week in Laconia.
I for one am looking forward to an exciting, high performance race this year.
250,000 dollar purse is a LOT of money to put out .
Does anyone know the skinny on spectator cost for a weekend pass? Any racers willing to hook Big Shirl & I up with a friends & family pass for the weekend? I'm your cousin Jay, after all...
I have free camping at the Steele Hill Resort .
June 7th thru the 14th if anyone needs a spot .
After last years race ( I mean the 10 red flag fiasco )
I won’t mind giving Eric Woods and John Gush the weekend ticket price .
Seeing that they have thrown up another quarter million plus .

All three days of the event so keep your armband on so that you can get back in each day. There are no one day tickets/armbands sold for this event. *NEMRR is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen armbands
I’m going for the VIP 70 dollar experience.
Here we go! I'll be representing Cyclesmith Trackdays, DPBrakes, Antham Racing, Superbike Services44, Woodcraft and MTAGPirelli in the classic again this year. Baggers are also running. Let's get some butts in seats!

It’s a wrist band event.
Doesn’t that get us thru the tunnel all weekend ?
I think a ticket gets you seats and paddock access.
The way I read it is for $40.00 you get in for the weekend with infield access and basic grandstand seating. The $70.00 tickets get you all that plus supposed seating in the infield bleachers inside of turn 1. But I'm guessing you'd have to get there mighty early to actually secure a seat in the infield grandstands.
And yeah, it seems it's an armband event...
How important is it to get tickets in advance?
With the kids I won’t know until the day off if I can make it up.
I don’t mind the $40 to get in. I don’t understand the value in VIP package.
There will be a 'Pro Thunderbike' payout race, but it's using NEMRR's Thunderbike rules, not ASRA so not really a hooligan class as there's no requirement for high bars, etc. That does mean all NEMRR regulars for the class can enter which means Guyer will likely win it on his Kramer 790 unless an outside hotshot shows up. I'll be playing the role of rolling chicane for them.
