Modifying this belly pan to be race legal

I am considering fiberglass or abs cement for the smaller holes, not really sure about the bottom portion. The way it currently mounts, the exhaust sticks out a bit through the bottom, but I could obviously change that or just bubble out the bottom a bit with whatever I end up using. I have never tried anything like this, glass seems easy on YouTube but expectations don't always match reality with new DIY projects.

My other thought was to just squeeze a turkey pan inside this piece, so it will look like a nice pan from 20+ feet.

Thoughts? I still can't believe there is no standard cheap solution for SV bellypans.

Rivet & epoxy/silicone some sheet metal to the bottom, make a lip in the back to hold liquid.
Piant (or not) to your taste.

Someone here put it on a Gen 2 without much trouble, but I forget who. It'll need a little trimming either way depending on your exhaust, GP shift, and how high you mount it (the higher the better for cornering clearance).

The only issue may be getting it around the oil cooler, which the G1 doesn't have.
