Anyone got an article or webpage on how to get your knee down

I had been racing for a few years in the 80s, but even though I won novice races, I never put my knee down. (Not many riders ever did touch knees back then) So, I too the RD400 to the parking lot and did the same thing. Unfortunately, I was bit by a tar snake and fell, but not after 20 minutes of knee dragging.

I've mentioned it a few times that we're planning on doing some parking lot instruction next year covering body position, etc., where knee dragging is a distinct possibility.

Wow Ken, That sounds like I'd be interested in coming to that.

Make sure you post up when/if you plan to do it.
