Guessing that the Shell down the street is still a legal source of fuel also per the rule book? ill just get my 93 where ever its cheaper

Gulf station at 905 NH-106 N near Gil Rogers Hwy currently has 93 Octane Premium fuel listed for $3.609/gallon (LRRS Spec fuel). As a reference, their Regular 87 Octane is $3.289/gallon on Tuesday 4/16/2013 (as shown on Gas Buddy iPhone app).
